I’ve heard of cold pressed juices…but cold pressed soaps?

Yes we use the same cold press process to make our soaps. This ensures the integrity of the ingredients used – and that no nutrients are lost in the process

Why do your soaps vary in shape, colour and the amount of scrubs?

SCRUBS SOAPS are not mass made and not formed in moulds. All our soaps are made in small batches, with natural ingredients and hand cut. Therefore the process means some inconsistencies in appearance; in other words they are ‘perfectly imperfect’. That’s what real soap is meant to be. However the potency, effectiveness and quality of every soap is the same, and we proudly stand by our products.

What if I develop an allergic reaction to your soaps?

We have tested our soaps on a huge number of people including those closest to us – ourselves, our friends and families. So far we have had nothing but compliments and raging reviews. Our soaps are made with the highest quality natural ingredients, but if there is the slightest chance you do develop an allergic reaction, we recommend you consult a physician.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address into your order and your order has been placed, please send a direct email to and contact us immediately.

Specify "Incorrect shipping address in my order" as the email subject and please include any address changes.

Once the order has been processed ready for dispatch to the initially stated address, we cannot make any amendments and cannot be held liable for you not receiving your parcel.

If you have accidentally chosen an incorrect item or flavour in your order and your order has been placed, contact us immediately at

Specify "Incorrect item selected in my order" as the email subject and please include what you need to change regarding your order.

We would advise doing this as quickly as possible, as we dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once the order has been processed ready for dispatch, we will be unable to make any amendments to the order. Should you wish to change an item but you are too late, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.

I received the wrong or damaged item

If one of our products arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer support team via our email at

We will then ask you to post back the item and we will reissue a new item to you free of cost. We will refund the postage you pay to return the faulty or incorrect item.

In some circumstances we may ask you to provide photos of the incorrect or faulty item.

Can I make a return?

If you wish to return your product for a different flavour this is not a problem, however return postage must be covered by the customer and the returned product must be unused and unopened.
